This unit features the Stax Kimik 2 modification, featuring upgraded valves and other factory improvements. Condition report: This unit is in stunning condition, with no obvious marks we can highlight. Excellent. In use: We have tested this unit with some Stax electrostatic headphones we have available via our other listings, as it is working exactly as you would hope. No issues. I must stress, that I have not serviced this item, just described its current cosmetic and operational condition as honestly as I can.
