Rare Jim Fosgate custom built ST70 tube amplifier Dynaco. So Jim was a friend of mine. He put me in charge of selling his audio collection. Proceeds go to the Fosgate foundation. Jim built these for friends or were merely innovations. This one was in his museum. It doesn’t have a bottom however a st70 will fit. Nice quiet tested amp. Tubes included are as found. All good. I have kept this pair of Eico ST 70 output transformers for almost 40 years. They came out of a working ST70 that my uncle built. He gave me the amp, but at the time, you couldnt find 7591 tubes. I was going to convert it to 6L6GCs but eventually became frustrated with the whole project. I saved the transformers, and am offering them for sale because I now have my grandfathers ST40 that I am happy with. I think output impedance is 6k Anyway, if you are looking at this listing, you probably know all about these. The power transformer is listed separately. Original assembly instructions as well as additional schematics and notes including letter with modification instructions which may or may not have been done - this is beyond my area of expertise.
