Es arbeitet in den LW-, MW- und fünf HF-Bändern der Teilbänder 25, 31, 41, 49 und der Vermessung von 52 bis 75 Metern. Die Nennausgangsleistung des 1GD-4A-Lautsprechers beträgt 400 mW, maximal 800 mW. Das Modell ist auf Basis des Funkempfängers Spidola-230 aufgebaut und ähnelt diesem mangels LED-Tuning-Anzeige.Der Funkempfänger ist nur überarbeitet, er funktioniert nur noch ab 220 V
