Up for sale is an excellent pair of Spendor S8e loudspeakers in the extremely rare rosenut finish. If you have a moderate size room and listen to acoustic music, youll be hard pressed to find loudspeakers at any price that sound as natural as the S8es. I have owned Harbeth SHL5s which I consider to be among the best speakers made, but the Spendors are better at a fraction of the price. I have owned this pair for over ten years, but at age 67 its time to lighten my load. I would love to own them forever, but I just dont have the space for them anymore. They are in excellent condition except for one small nick on the front of one of the speakers where it got dinged by a vacuum cleaner (see photo). I have patched the nick so its not visible unless you look closely for it. In all other respects, the speakers are functionally and cosmetically excellent. The Absolute Sound review of them says At the risk of sounding naïve and overblown, I’m going to give you my true thoughts on the Spendor S8e: Buy it. For $3000 you are, I swear it, getting as close as a whisker to $30,000 in sound. Glorious, house-filling sound. I have the original boxes, manual, and spikes. I can ship or they are available for pickup. I can also deliver for a nominal fee in most of Florida south of Orlando. Shipping cost is per speaker. Speakers are also listed locally and on Audiomart so the listing may be cancelled if sold through those channels.

Hier nur an Selbstabholer 2 Spendor Lautsprecherboxen. Matched Pair damals für den WDR hergestellt. (Serien Nummer: 441 und 442) Sie sind recht alt und hingen auch schon mal ein Jahr in einem Jugendclub. Da hat es leider jemand geschaft einen Hochtöner kaputt zu machen. Die anderen Lautsprecher funktionieren. Darüber hinaus sind diverse mehr oder weniger auffällige Gebrauchsspuren zu erkennen. Zustand also bitte den Fotos entnehmen. Ich würde die Lautsprecher so im Prinzip nicht mehr anbieten, aber ich hatte Sie schon mal aufgeschraubt und die Frequenzweiche im inneren ist seinerzeit wirklich state of the art gewesen. Alle Kapazitäten (Kondensatoren) sind mit einzelnen 1uf Folienkondensatoren bestückt. Also bei 20uf sind das 20 x 1uf Kondensatoren. Außerdem ist innen noch eine Bitumenschicht im Gehäuse um Resonancen zu vermindern. Also insgesamt ein wenig schade zum wegwerfen weil die Boxen auch einen Superklang haben, wenn alles funktioniert. Spendor LS3/5A speakers, one works one doesnt, and the non-working one was evaluated by a local high end audio store with the note on current condition shown in the photo. The working one was evaluated as working well at the time and a low offer was made to me for the two. I hung on to them and now want to sell them because Im doing a storage clear-out. I tested the working speaker today and it still works/sounds good, though I am not an audiophile. You can see the cases are not in great shape but my hope is these will be appealing to someone who wants a very special speaker at an uncommonly low price.

Klassiker aus England. Das Paar BC1 MK3 ist optisch in einem guten Zustand mit kleinen, altersbedingten Spuren. Keine größeren Kratzer oder Macken. Technisch sind die Lautsprecher vollkommen in Ordnung und der Klang ist super. Spendor eben. Die Seriennummern sind 3173 und 3174. Die Abdeckungen sind in Ordnung und natürlich auch dabei. Die BC1 laufen bei mir im Bi-Wiring-Betrieb an Cambridge Elektronik ganz hervorragend und können bei Abholung ausgiebig getestet werden. Sie werden nur verkauft, weil mir der Platz ausgeht. Bei Püllmanns, dem ehemaligen Spendor Vertrieb, gibt es noch BC1 MK3 in NOS für 3600 Euro! Nichtraucherhaushalt! Die Lautsprecher werden auch noch auf anderen Verkaufsplattformen angeboten. Abholung wäre mir am liebsten, aber da die OVP auch vorhanden ist, wäre Versand auf Kosten und Risiko des Käufers auch möglich.Der Versand erfolgt in 2 Paketen nach Wunsch mit Hermes zu 2x10,95 oder DHL zu 2x19,95.
