Pair SPENDOR England LS3/5A 11 ohm BBC MONITORS SPEAKERS consecutive serial #s XLNT! Offered for purchase is this nice pair of genuine made in England Spendor model LS3/5A BBC monitor loudspeakers with black cabinets. I believe these are the 11 ohm versions based on the serial numbers: 010124 and 010125. Dimensions of each are 7-1/2 wide x 6-3/8 deep x 12 tall, and each weighs just over 10 lbs. I have only tested these by listening to them...they sound great and all drivers are working. They do have minor edge and corner wear to the black finish on the wood cabinets. One is missing its front grill badge. The grills are securely attached but some of the velcro strips will have to be stapled back on (see photos.) A nice addition to any sound system or collection...
