Stellavox SP8 Professional Recorder. Due to the lack of a pinch roller, I did not check if the tape works. When the microphone is connected, all functions work. After turning on start, the plate spins, after turning on scrolling, the plate scrolls. All regulators work, VU indicators work. The tape recorder needs servicing.

AUDIO RESEARCH SP8 VALVE PREAMPLIFIER This does power up but it emit’s a buzz through the speakers on both channels. I’m pretty sure the valve’s are in the wrong place as they don’t heat up. Also the chassis shorting pin is missing this won’t help with the buzzing. This did work a long time ago but has sat in storage for years now. Also the top lid is missing I have looked but can’t find it unfortunately. It’s in decent condition apart from what looks like glue on the front panel. Please see pictures for condition.
