In the event such dispute results in legal action, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees. 13. Legal and Binding Agreement. Ich biete hier einen gebrauchten UE Boom Lautsprecher an, der vor Weihnachten mit einem neuen Akku ausgestattet wurde.Leider hat meine Tochter kurz darauf von ihrer Oma eine neuere Box mit fancy LED-Beleuchtung geschenkt bekommen, weshalb dieser Lautsprecher nun nicht mehr genutzt wird. Bevor er ungenutzt herumliegt, freut er sich vielleicht über ein neues Zuhause! ???? Gebraucht, aber optisch in gutem Zustand (siehe Bilder). Nicht zu abgenutzt, aber natürlich nicht mehr neu. Neuer Akku verbaut – Akkulaufzeit wieder top! (siehe extra Bilder mit Rechnung). Der Akku wurde mithilfe einer YouTube-Anleitung getauscht. Leicht machbar, wenn man weiß, wie! Die Anschlüsse sind Bluetooth, 3,5-mm-Klinke und Micro-USB. Der Lautsprecher wird ohne Zubehör geliefert und sicher verpackt verschickt.Keine Garantie, keine Gewährleistung, keine Rückgabe!
