Sehr aufwändig und äußerst opulent gefertigtes Laufwerk mit Subchassis. In der optisch ansprechenden Version mit amerikanischer Eiche. Elektronischer Umschaltung und Drehzahl Kontrolle mit Pitch. Schwerer Teller und Wechselbord für den Tonarm. Das Dr Fuss Netzteil wurde speziell für den Sapphire angefertigt, bringt besseren Gleichlauf. Motor läuft stabil und sehr leise. Das Subchassis steht natürlich gerade wenn man das Gewicht vom Arm und den Ausgleich durch die Bleikugeln einfügt. Mit dabei ist ein 2.Riemen und ein weiteres ungebohrtes Tonarmbord. Stroboskopscheibe und eine Dose Bleikugeln für den Ausgleich des Subchassis an der Tonarmseite. Gerät hat 2 kleine Bohrungen auf den Chassis um die Armbase, ansonsten guter Zustand. Ohne Haube. Wird in der OVP versendet in welcher eine Holzplatte am Boden eingelassen ist , auf welcher der Spieler fixiert wird und auch gleichzeitig das Subchassis fixiert wird. The top cover was removed and lost because it lived in a vacuum enclosure. He was an audiophile of the highest order. Now, please note the tone arm lock is broken and can probably be fixed or replaced but that doesn’t affect playing or quality. It comes with a Premier PIB-1 for RCA output & grounding. The shock absorbing float system works well. I can’t speak to the stylus condition, assume you will replace it with your own. 1” tear in the felt of the plinth. See pic.
