This really does put many a more modern player to shame, and if it wasnt for me already owning another high end Sony ES CD player that I slightly prefer, I would be keeping this as my primary CD player. With the high end proprietary Sony CXD2552Q Bitstream DACs on board (which is the same DAC Sony uses in its flagship X77ES CD player), this player punches well above its weight in refinement. The transport is Sonys extremely stable KSS-270A which is found in a number of very high CD players. The headphone output is also of truly excellent quality and drives my Quad planar headphones with authority and ease. This CD player is solid as a rock and all functions work perfectly. It reads and navigates discs lightning quick and very quietly. Its machined aluminium drawer is as smooth as butter in its operation. This is a truly stunning player that is mechanically perfect and in near mint condition. Ive heard many CD players and this is one of the best Ive ever heard. As Ive already said, If it wasnt for me already having a 338ESD, this would without a doubt be my primary CD player. You wont be disappointed with the build quality or sound quality of this unit. Ich verkaufe das Gerät als defekt, da es Störgeräusche verursacht. Ist schwer zu erklären... Da ich am Verstärker an denselben Eingängen einen anderen CD-Player ohne Probleme anschließen und abspielen kann, gehe ich davon aus, dass der angebotene CD-Player das Problem verursacht. Es entsteht beim Abspielen ein Schnarren in den Lautsprechern.Sicherlich kann ein Bastler hier Abhilfe schaffen. Jetzt vor dem einstellen bei ebay habe ich das Gert noch einmal ausfhrlich getestet und bei dem Test stellte sich heraus, dass alles funktioniert, alle Lmpchen im Display usw. funktionieren und er liest die eingelegten CDs superschnell ein, aber........ der Ton ist zwar da, aber irgendwie kratzt der Ton und kommt mich etwas leise vor, als ob die Kanle nicht richtig funktionieren. Daher und nur daher vorsichtshalber Verkauf als defekt. Ansonsten ein sehr gepegtes Gert in der uerst seltenen Farbe Titan, das ist bei Sony Playern nicht alltglich. Auf der Oberseite leichte Gebrauchspuren da ein anderes Gert darauf stand. Nachtrag : Der Player funktioniert eiwandfrei auf beiden Kanlen wenn man den digitalen Ausgang nutzt. Also funktionieren nur die Chinch Ausgnge irgendwie nicht richtig. Aber ber Digital absolut erstklassig.
