No accessories. (No tape attached) There are fine scratches on the whole, but I think it is in good condition. A simple cleaning and operation check was done to the best of my audio knowledge (Walkman used in real time). All buttons work fine. Counters and indicators also work. I think the sound is solid, but honestly I dont know the sound quality because the tape is old and there is no Walkman to compare with, and I dont remember the sound quality of the Walkman itself.
