I am the original owner of this projector which has been ceiling mounted in a dedicated theater. The projector is in perfect condition with no signs of wear. The remote and 3D glasses are also perfect. Total hours used is 952 and its still on original bulb. Bulb life can vary from 2,000 to 5,000 hours depending on the brightness mode. I am also including a new in box spare bulb (genuine Sony). These normally sell for close to $300 alone. This will be shipped in the original box to the US only.

The screen size is 116 or 9-1/2 feet Wide x 64 or 5-1/3 feet Tall, (132, or 11 Feet diagonally) and the projector was about 196 (16.25 feet) back from the screen. I just installed (about 3 months ago) a new Philips LMP-H202 bulb. The image is vastly superior to the JVC RS-40U that I just replaced (for reference). I will include the original bulb so you have a backup (just in case). The projector is very quiet, and our seating was directly below the projector and barely audible. It is the quietest projector I have ever owned, specs say 21dB but I think it is even quieter than that. I also just replaced the air filter, and will include a brand new (spare) filter as well. This projector has served me well and is an extraordinary high grade consumer Home Theater Projector. if you are looking for a Home Theater Projector but cannot justify paying 3k+ for a new projector then look no further. This was among the top Home Theater Projectors of its time and still holds its ground today for SDR 1080p 8bit content. The Reality Creation upscaling feature in this unit rivals 4k-eShift projectors from JVC or Epson today. The color accuracy and contrast in a properly light controlled room is phenomenal (100,000:1 on/off) and looks just like an OLED panel. Recently changed the lamp in the unit with a certified Philips LMP-H202 bulb and the bulb has been tested successfully for a little under 300 hours. I can send the old lamp as well which has a little under 2.5k hours on it. I am including 4 of the original Sony 3D IR glasses with 3 glasses sleeves and original IR Remote. I have the original box / packaging and the factory lens cap as well.
