In the case of an item that doesnt function as intended, there is a chance that other flaws, that we are not aware of, may be present. Please take that into consideration when purchasing. Tape deck was plugged in and a tape was inserted. It would respond to play button in both directions but no sound would come out. Fast forward and rewind both work. Tried two taped and no sound. All lights and buttons worl. Cosmetically in good condition, will be pictured. No Further testing was done. As we do not repair electronics, nor have we attempted any repairs. We list items in a for AS-IS/PARTS REPAIR condition in the hopes that someone that can repair these items, or salvage parts from them that they might find useful. In either case, units sold in an AS-IS/PARTS REPAIR condition, are not returnable. Could be just belts but it could be something else. Cassette door a few times didn’t want to close right but then other times it did. Item is dusty/dirty with some marks/scratches to the faceplate/case. See photos. Selling for parts or repair. No returns. Photos are of actual item you will be receiving.
