170 Job lot Audio Cassettes from the late 80s to the early 90s including Maxell, TDK, Sony, Memorex, featuring mostly House Music and DJ mixes of the early House Music era. From my personal collection and stored in cassette cases safely and are therefore in excellent clean condition throughout, this large collection from the 80s 90s are all recorded only once from underground house music radio shows, DJ Mixes and other 12 inch compilations. Many of the tapes contain live radio shows from Pete Tong (Essential Selection Radio 1), Stu Allans Club Scene/House Hour 1989-1992 (Manchester Picadilly Key 103), and David Dunnes Isometric Dance Class 1989-1990 (Manchester Picadilly Key 103) and Jeff Youngs Big Beat (Radio 1). Most of the radio show tapes have tracklistings written on the inlay. DJ Mixes include: Sasha (Eclipse), Welly (Revenge / Monroes), John J (Monroes), Space Face, Vertigo, Nipper (Pleasuredrome), Gripper, also live mixes from the legendary Hacienda in 1989/1990. If you are into the early days of house music from 1989 through 1993 then these tapes are for you. The recording quality is excellent and the playback has not deteriorated over time. It is a snapshot in time of those heady days of house and a rare opportunity to acquire a collection as comprehenisve as this.
