This is a stereo receiver from Sony's ES line in the late 80s. It is extremely well-built and sounds fantastic in stereo. It was pushing my Polk audio speakers nicely and was producing a very warm analog stereo sound. Suddenly, the unit decided to not work, but I think it is easily fixed, but I am selling for PARTS ONLY. This unit is made in Japan . I got this from a neighbors estate sale. They said it works great and they have used it the whole time they lived in their house. I am unable to verify how well it works as I dont have the old school cords and equipment. There are some tiny paint spots on the front and top from where a room was painted and some of the residue got on the unit. It shows up in the pictures and can probably be cleaned. See pics.
