All knobs (A+B did not work), RCA inputs/outputs (pre out not tested), FM reception, headphone output and speaker outputs have been tested and are working. All function, tuner, source direct, adapter and source direct buttons are tested and working as well. I did not hear a difference when the turnover, subsonic filter, loudness and cartridge buttons were engaged. The side panels have wear and deterioration. There is general wear and internal dust. Due to the various issues described and its age, it is being sold for parts or repair in as is condition. If you have any requests or questions, ask before purchasing. The receiver that has the Attenuator knob will go through the protection relay check pass like it’s trying to power on but the display doesn’t work. The guy I bought it from said something happened to the ground wire at his meter box on his house and it stopped working. The other receiver with the Attenuator knob that has been removed internally by the previous owner. He told me that he purchased it from a friend broke the attenuator knob off during a move. I think both of the receivers could be fixed if you could find a qualified tech who will work on these.

This vintage receiver is in fantastic condition. Everything works as designed . Faceplate is very clean. All knobs and switches are original. Still has the original plugs for the phono input. Any cosmetic defects are shown in the pictures. Some minor scratches and a slight separation of the wood veneer at the front right of the side panel. Shown in photos. It was pushing my Polk audio speakers nicely and was producing a very warm analog stereo sound. Suddenly, the unit decided to not work, but I think it is easily fixed, but I am selling for PARTS ONLY. This unit is made in Japan . I got this from a neighbors estate sale. They said it works great and they have used it the whole time they lived in their house. I am unable to verify how well it works as I dont have the old school cords and equipment. There are some tiny paint spots on the front and top from where a room was painted and some of the residue got on the unit. It shows up in the pictures and can probably be cleaned. See pics. The condition of the receiver is good. It does show signs of wear like the the damage wood on the sides, the back and a bit over all. I tested rca input only because that’s the only thing I can test, and it works great on speaker a and speaker b
