SONY ST-JX2L Vintage FM Stereo/FM-AM Radio Tuner Hi-Fi Separate Tested and Working

Sony TA-AX3 Amplifier and ST-JX2L Tuner. Worked fine when last used about 10 years ago, but I have not tested them since then, so I am selling as for parts or not working. The Tape 1 button on the amp is missing, so I include another identical amp that I bought as spares or repairs, which has the button intact (picture 3). I have no idea what, if anything, is wrong with the second amplifier. Priced to sell. These are heavy items, so collection only from east London.

Sony TA-AX2 Stereo Integrated Receiver Amplifier + Sony St-Jx2L Stereo AM/FM Tuner Fully cleaned, serviced & Tested fully working. All lights working. Pots are clean and smooth, buttons as they should be. I have a real soft spot for this superb vintage solid state Amplifier and matching tuner unit and will be sad to see them go. Really sleek slim line design that looks absolutely stunning in a modern setup. Sound is full, punchy and detailed. The tuner is brilliant too, one of the best Ive heard of this generation. The operation is a dream with its generously large, illuminated dial. It really looks the part, complimenting the Amp from which it draws its power, saving you a socket on your extension bar. A few scratches to the top casing on the amplifier (pictured) which is not visible with the tuner stacked on top. Only minor age related marks to the casing, fronts are immaculate for 40 years old!
