Used but in great cosmetic and working condition. It has been thoroughly tested and works perfectly. I did not refurbish the whole unit but I did replace the old belts (which were completely shot) and carefully cleaned the laser diode with a lint free polyester swab and 100% isopropyl alcohol. There is some wear/scuffing but it is very minimal. Please see the pictures to familiarize yourself with how it looks as they will do a much better job than my words will. And if you want any more pics, just let me know and Ill get those for you as soon as I can. Oh yeah, also there is no remote. The person I got this from had already lost this by the time they gave it to me. I believe a new/used one can easily be had from ebay or amazon however. Let me know if you have any questions! Sony CDP CX355 in very good cosmetic condition and perfect working order. This unit has all new belts (3), the laser has been cleaned, and all lubrication points have been checked. After re-assembly it was extensively tested (8 hours) by placing about 20 CDs all around the table and using the shuffle feature, which works all the mechanisms-table rotation, disc loading, disc return, cd motor stop/start-over and over again. It performed flawlessly. No remote is included. It has been tested with a remote and is fully functional. There are few marks from use but overall the condition is very good. Will be well packed to avoid any damage in shipping.
