Up for sale is a non-working Sony FDL-310 Watchman. Cosmetically it’s in pretty good shape other than a few minor scratches and scuffs (see photos). Last time I had batteries in it, it would turn on, but then the screen would go black. From my own diagnosis, I believe the issue is capacitor related like a lot of portable electronics from the late 80s/early 90s and not the backlight (when you plug a video input in, it’s garbled). You can either use this for a prop, use it to pull parts from to fix another FDL-310, or resurrect this unit back to fully functional. Thanks for stopping by, have a good day!
