Returns & Exchange Policy NOTE - Items are described to the best of our ability. Items are NOT new unless noted in the description and/or title. If we advertise the item in working condition, we will issue a refund for a defective product or replace it if we have a similar product in inventory. If the item is listed as is, or as parts/repair or parts and/or repair it may not be tested and is not covered as a return through EBays return policy. We will accept returns of items listed as New, Open Box, or Used that are found to be non-functioning for fourteen (14) days after the original purchase date. Meeting all of the guidelines stated above, we refund the purchase price of the item. However, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The Item must arrive back to us undamaged and in the original condition in which it was sold- NO modifications, NO alterations, etc. Upon receipt of Return Authorization, the buyer has three (3) BUSINESS DAYS to ship the item to us and provide the tracking number via email. We do not issue refunds for any form of shipping, either to or from the buyer.
