This is a stunning 1998 stereo model CMT-ED1A from Sony. This is the rare A version with stand and blue/red speaker grills. Cosmetically, the system is excellent, with minor signs of wear. Unit includes its box, manuals, remote, and all original packing materials. You will not find a cleaner cooler 90s stereo. Has in excellent pleasing sound especially for being by so small. Also has aux input and optical output so you can plug a phone in or output the CD or Cassette or Radio to another speaker system. I have done a lot of work to this unit. The CD laser was replaced, along with its internal cable, as well as the CD spindle. I also did a service of the Cassette, replacing the belts, adjusting the speed, and replacing a cracked gear. Finally, I converted the transformer to run on 120v in the US, instead of the 100v Japan standard it came with. Included is the box, packing material, blue and red speaker grills, remote, cd stabilizer, stand, main unit, and two speakers. Nothing else in the background photos are included

Very nice higher end unit here. Very clean, has sat on a shelf in my office for years. Radio and cassette player both function as should and sounds great. The CD player spins but will not read disc or play music. Unit does include the functioning original remote. Missing the back cover piece for connections and antenna.
