Rare Vintage Sony CFD-K10 Portable CD Radio Cassette CD and Radio seem to work ok however cassette does not work. When switched on there is a low buzzing sound. One of the speakers is crackly. Bottom flip cover is partially broken. Not tested further. May have other faults not known about or parts missing. Has some marks and scratches Unit only, no remote control or other accessories included Selling as spares or repairs, no refunds or returns and no negative feedback please as have been as honest as possible about faults and condition. Very rare unit and very expensive back in the day. It is a solid quality built heavy weight unit.

(No ordinary boombox....) High quality & made to last a lifetime. No cheap plastic parts, & to the best of my knowledge this weighs about 7kg without batteries. In Immaculate condition, if you were to see this stereo in-person you would think its just rolled off the Sony production line, you would not believe its 29/30 years old. There are no dents, scratches or broken buttons, & yes, the folding flap that hides the pre-sets still works perfectly, as does the battery cover & compartment showing no leaks etc. Nearly everything works as it should, however, the only issues are:- when adjusting the volume theres a hissing from the left speaker, although this stops as soon as you reach your desired listening level. Also the centre pip on the CD player has broken (this is quite common & please see picture 12) & the way around this is the spin the CD as your closing the lid & push play immediately & the CD plays as normal. Cassette & Radio play perfectly well. Aerial is perfect & straight. Comes supplied in its own original box, with power cord, operating instructions & credit card size remote control, although it will need a new battery. One final point to mention is that my previous address postcode, has been written by a uv pen on the inside of the battery flap, hardly noticeable, but worth mentioning. Happy to demo. Made in Japan.
