Up for auction is this very nice, lightly used and refreshed Sony BDP-CX7000ES 400 disc Bluray changer set. The unit is in very nice, lightly used condition and comes complete with the remote (Not original but operates all key basic functions), manual copy, power cable, and HDMI cable for hookup. All functions work perfectly as they should and it plays Blurays, DVDs, and CDs with ABSOLUTELY ZERO skipping or loading issues (obviously unless if your disc is scratched up or dirty...) Please view all pictures for closeups! ALL my 400 disc bluray Sony changers (including this one) have my typical refurbish service which consists of addressing all the key points these need to keep running smoothly. FIRSTLY, it has the latest firmware update Sony released for these insuring that it will be HDMI compatible with all older and newer TVs. Without this update I have witnessed that some newer TVs after 2013 or so will not show any picture and the changer wont recognize the connected TV. My units will not have this issue. Also, It has a fresh belt set, Fresh Sony laser pickup assembly installed, and a totally disassembled and re-lubricated laser transport tracking assembly. This consists of the gear drive and metal guide rail the laser head rides on. When this is not addressed, it can lead to skipping during playback. Many a time I find that all the original grease in all these units begins to harden and become more like a tacky, wet glue rather than a slick lubricant. This leads to skipping during playback when not addressed. Also, each unit is disinfected, dusted inside and out, and cleaned ready for installation into your system. The original used laser lens and belts are included for reference. All units are bubble wrapped and surrounded by multiple inches worth of packing peanuts on all sides, top, and bottom for cushioning. Ships securely in a double wall 25x24x14 Fedex box. A signature confirmation will be required at the time of delivery by Fedex. I have been working on these Sony changers for many years and am confident in each one I offer for sale. I GUARANTEE them to work properly for 60 DAYS from the delivery date and back that up with eBays extended 60 day return policy. Pre-owned Rare Sony BDP-CX7000ES 400 Disc Carousel HiFi Blu-Ray DVD HD Upscaling Player. This unit is in good condition, though case has multiple marks- please review all pics for details. It has been fully tested and appears to be working as it should- no display errors or other issues experienced during testing. This is an older generation unit and is slow to load, but plays flawless and images are incredible with its 12-bit video digital-to-analog converter. Front panel controls appeared to work, however, when the main movie was ready for play after all previews, play button did not start the movie. A separate Sony remote was used from another blu-ray player and it was able to interact with the unit fine. Please see the picture of remote used. No remote or other items included.
