Sony APM-22ES Vintage Hi-Fi Speakers 80W. The speakers are in full working order. Cosmetically there is a slight hole in one speaker but does not effect the speaker see pictures. One of the grill plugs has come off but still stays on so does not effect the grill. Sony APM-22ES Vintage Hi-Fi Speakers. A pair of 1980s highly sought and unique speakers. Dimensions approx 290 x 515 x 320mmWeight approx 13kg eachFinish - WalnutMade in Germany These are truly a collectors item, and in full working order. The grilles have a couple of signs of wear (see photos). This includes a broken top right pin, and a small ladder in the bottom left corner of one of the grilles. They actually stand a little proud of the speaker cabinet, which looks good. As you will see from the photos, they still fit fine, but more importantly, they still sound great. The cabiets are solid, and have a lovely curved / rounded rear. Although these are classed as bookshelf speakers, I have used them on small stands, slightly off the ground. They are quite weighty too. The cabinets are fine and solid. Get yourself a piece of history with these quality speakers. Due to the weight and size, these are for collection only (Greater Manchester). I can also provide a demo should any prospective purchaser wish to hear them in action.
