Soekris DAC2541 Multibit Digital Audio Converter with a black faceplate. This is a great multibit DAC that has USB, AES, BNC, RCA and TOS digital inputs alongside RCA and XLR analogue outputs. It also has both single ended and balanced headphone out with a built in headphone amplifier.
