Snell K III drivers and crossovers. Woofers need to be refoamed. All drivers work and labeled to match with the particular crossover from Snell which hand matched crossovers with drivers. L-pads have been cleaned with D-Oxit and work well. All drivers tested with crossovers. Snell K III is a later model and probably wont need a cap refresh. For you with blown drivers but good cabinets, this is an excellent opportunity to enjoy that classic Snell sound. Ship to lower 48 states only. Thanks for looking!

Peerless 8in woofer from Snell Type K/III For Parts Only..

Up for sale, is a perfect working pair of Snell Acoustics model KII Bookshelf speakers. These speakers are in GORGEOUS condition. No dings, dents, or chips in the cabinets. When I acquired this pair of speakers, from the original owner, he had replaced the original woofers, with aftermarket woofers. I did some research online, and found the company, that manufactures woofers, specifically for Snell. Atomic HiFi and TV,in Palm Springs,California. I talked to Steve Flynn, and gave him all the information needed, to replace the aftermarket woofers. These now have direct replacement woofers, that have been Tuned to these specific cabinets. This is a sequential pair, that sound absolutely fantastic!! The only flaw (if you want to consider it a flaw) that is noticeable, are a set of numbers, that were lightly engraved on the backs of each cabinet. Obviously, this does not affect their performance. I prefer local pickup, however, if you need these shipped( at your cost) I will assist you, as much as I can. If you have a fedex or UPS account, shipping will be much cheaper.

1 speaker only! The woofer works fine but needs refoaming. They sell around $15. I just don’t have the time. The tweeter is working fine and sounds good. The grill is intact. The body has some minor scratches here and there. Please check the pics, you get exactly what you see. Thank you

These are complete speaker parts removed from a pair of Snell Type K/II speakers. Sales includes all parts but the Cabinets. Includes the two woofers, two tweeters and the crossovers. All were tested and working fine before removal and tested as well after removal. The two woofers will need the surround foam on the speakers replaced. The surround foam deteriorated and broke down with age. The speaker cabinets shown in pictures are not part of the sale, those are just for illustrations/ display, will not ship the cabinets. Item will be well packed and ship for $25.00 anywhere in the continental USA.
