Up for sale is my beautiful Thorens TD-125 mkII with SME 3009 improved tonearm with detachable factory SME headshell installed with a nice Shure M44 MM pick-up.The turntable is in nice factory condition, fully functional as expected, it went through a service few years ago with new belt, bearings cleaned and lubricated. The unit runs on correct speed, all functions work like new. Tonearm is also working perfectly, including the arm lift, which lowers the pick-up onto the record gently. Please see pictures for visual condition, overall its excellent clean, free from dents or scratches. The plastic lid of course has some scuffs on top, as you would expect from a turntable that is over 50 years old, the lid has small hairline cracks around the left and right hinges on the back, its visible on the pictures, but other than that I cannot mention any considerable faults. Overall this is a great legendary unit, with a great sound, guaranteed for another 50-years of service! :)Buy with confidence! This is a mk1 with the attached headshell. This tonearm is in pretty good condition overall. There are a few wear spots and a stain from use. I’d give it a 7.5 on a scale of 1-10 (10 bring museum/new quality). I pulled it from a thorens td 125. (Also listed). Packaging - secured, double padded and double boxed. Shipped insured as well. The SME has been upgraded with gold RCA outputs mounted in the base of the arm to replace the troublesome original connector plug. Beautiful original base and custom rosewood tone arm board. Tested and working properly. Will be carefully packed with arm and cartridge packed separately along with the platter individually bubble wrapped to insure a safe arrival to the buyer. This is a Shure branded SME 3009 Series 2 with a FIXED headshell. It works fine, but when I was removing a cartridge I snapped two of the leads. I soldered one back on, but it was too short. Ich biete hier einen Thorens TD 125 + Shure SME 3009 Tonarm + Ortofon 2M Bronze System und Vincent PHO-111 Vorverstärker inkl. aller notwendiger Kabel (Sommer Cable) an. Er spielt ohne Probleme und wurde noch bis vor kurzem regelmäßig genutzt. Der Plattenspieler wurde damals neu erworben. Es erfolgte eine Überholung in einem Hifi-Geschäft, die jedoch schon ein paar Jahre her ist. Ausser den Bildern sind auch Videos verfügbar. Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich dafür. Die Haube ist leider nicht mehr wie neu (siehe Bilder), aber sie lässt sich noch benutzen und ist stabil.
