As it is playing a record there are no issues with the tone arm, and all the buttons functioning as they are supposed to. However, it was found that the LEFT audio channel does not produce audio. The Right channel has no issues and produces clean and clear audio. because of the left audio issue we are selling this unit in the AS-IS/Parts Repair condition. Since this item is being sold AS-IS, this item should be considered to have defects, and we have done our best to disclose them. In the case of an item that doesnt function as intended, there is a chance that other flaws, that we are not aware of, may be present. Please take that into consideration when purchasing. Hi There, I bought this unique Technics turntable when we were living in California, its always worked well from the day I bought it, its a real eye catcher from 1983 and Ive never seen one of these working and for sale before. The condition is extremely good, with only a few wear marks which Ive tried to show on the YouTube Video and also please go through the photos. Ive been collecting HiFi for years and have always had an interest in the mechanical and unusual items and this turntable really fits the bill, it makes you smile every time you push the start button and see the turntable go round. Its on 110v but runs on the correct speed playing the record, it automatically selects between 45rpm and 33.3rpm. By the way, for anyone interested the record being demonstrated is Flood They Might be Giants picture disc.I would prefer collection but will carefully pack and ship by next day Special Delivery.PS.
