You are bidding on a Technics SL-1500 Mark 1 motor, part no. SFMZ150-01Z. This motor came in a parts lot I purchased for my SL-1500, but I didn’t need it (and I hope I won’t!). It has been tested in my SL-1500 and is working; please view the video as it is part of this description. (Note that the speed was off; you’ll probably need to calibrate the pots under the platter to this motor after installation) Note that this motor is for the SL-1500 Mark 1 (the original servo-controlled version, as seen in the test video). It will not work with the SL-1500 Mk2 (which is a much different model). It also is not compatible with the SL-1300 Mk 1 (which has automatic functions driven by its motor).
