This model is unique among moving coil designs as it incorporates a user replaceable stylus. I have been involved in turntable set up and use for 50 years. I have a plethora of vintage phono cartridges that I will be posting on eBay. I describe the stylus as needing replacement as I do not have a microscope to check. I am assuming it is worn not usable and will need replacing. The coils measure good at 11.8 ohms for left channel and 11.7 ohms on right channel multimeter set at 200 range. Cosmetically the body is good, shows some wear for the age, some minor signs of previous mounting hardware, a small vertical crack on the outside mounting hole ear exactly in the middle, not split or open, no broken pieces, absolutely still mountable, connecting pins very good, Stylus appears intact on cantilever end, black appearance with vinyl deposits, hours of use unknown, suspension good. Stylus should be replaced or re-tipped by professional service for optimum performance. Coils measure approximately 10.8 ohms on both channels using DMM. I do not have a working stylus to fully test.
