This ia a rare Sherbourn PT7020CL, similar to the PT7020 with the Control4 feature. Sherbourn was a brand of high end audio components which was absorbed in the Emotiva brand based in Nashville. I bought this several years ago when I was looking for a home theater processor/preamp with XLR output. It has worked fine with no problem, but I have recently upgraded to Dobly Atmos.
