Sharp MD-SR60 Portable Digital Minidisc Player Recorder Tested Works Good used conditionSee pictures

This listing is for a VINTAGE SHARP MD MINIDISC WALKMAN RECORDER MD-SR60 in champagne gold color, little used, looks like new. Playback and recording was tested and item works fine. The cardboard box and manual in it are from SR75 model but in the photos you will see the model number of the player you will receive is SR60, I had different models of these players and some of the boxes got mixed up. There are no accessories in the box, only the player sr60 and the paper manual for sr75 which I think is probably similar in functions to the sr60 so you might be able to use the manual. This walkman has a standard jack, so many different brands of headphones can be plugged into it. This walkman uses one standard AA size battery for power. PLEASE NOTE: This walkman has been restored so it is guaranteed to work properly. Type of restoration done: small plastic gear wheel that moves the laser was glued in place so it wont come loose, this is a common problem for many sharp minidisc players: even though the player might read discs because the wheel has not cracked yet, it wont be long before it does crack and you can no longer use your player. I have had this model brand new in the box and wouldnt read discs because the wheel has cracked due to age so it was required to be glued to make the player work again, many sharp models I have seen had this problem, so dont buy sharp models unless they were restored first.

It attempted to and you can hear it trying, but then comes back saying it can’t be read. May just need a good clean but I’m not going to attempt this. Very clean casing.
