Comes with rechargable battery, headphone breakout cable with controls, AA battery detachable compartment, carry case, and 1x minidisc with music on it. Doesnt include headphones (although any with a mini jack will fit). Also doesnt include a charger, although this should be easy to buy if you need one. The rechargeable battery looks fine but I have no idea if that is working ot not. Otherwise just use AA batteries as pictured.
