Warranty Warranty First 30 Days If your item develops a fault, we need to be made aware of the fault within 30 days in order to offer the full options of a refund, repair or replacement. Once we have received the details of the fault and confirmed how you would like this resolved, we will send full return instructions and provide a pre-paid shipping label. This will be valid for 30 days from the date on which the return has been raised. The item MUST be returned in the same condition that it was received in. We recommend using the same packaging that we used to send the item to you. If you no longer have this packaging, please ensure that the item is packaged securely, in a box with some form of protection. If damage occurs due to poor packaging, the return could be rejected. Once received, we will notify you and then proceed with inspecting and testing the item. Please be aware that this can take 1-3 working days to complete. If the fault described cannot be replicated, we will contact you for further information and re-test. Please be aware that should the item be found fully working, it may be returned to you. We will confirm the fault, then notify you of the solution process. You will be kept up to date with any repairs if this is the preferred option and will be notified once the item has been redispatched. If a replacement is preferred, this will be sent out as soon as the fault on the original unit has been confirmed and you will receive notification of this. For refund preferences, we will notify you when this has been processed and ask that you allow up to 3 working days for this to reach your account. After 30 Days If your item develops a fault after 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible with the fault details. A refund will not be offered in the first instance. Most of our items come with a 12 Month warranty, but please check this on your invoice. We will then email a return reference and instructions to you.
