This is a Precision Power ACM 420 Noise Gate. Its definitely Old school and was made in USA. I have no way of testing this so I cant guarantee that it works. It did work about 25 years ago when it came out of my car. Its also missing the mounting hardware. Im pretty sure you could use old hardware from something else if you wanted to mount it.
