Lovely Thorens TD160 B MK11 with SME 3009 with original plinth Oak veneered in real walnut and waxed to a lovely finish Fitted with Ortofon VMS 20E MK11 which matches this arm perfectly, sounds fantastic New custom made lid fitted with rega hinges ( I think these work best as they enable the dust cover to lift off so much easier ) Thicker MDF baseboard finished in satin black with new rubber feet . (Can supply the original if preferred) Polished platter Overall this turntable is set up perfectly ,needs nothing and sounds really nice. Unfortunately I will definitely not post due to the very delicate nature of the turntable so collection only from Felixstowe, Suffolk , where you can have a listen before taking away if you wish.
