I borrowed needed tubes for testing (12AX7 (4), 6U8 (2), 7189 (4), 5AR4 (1)). However, once I plugged to wall sockets, one of the white cylinders in the back started white smok (see red circle in one picture). I powered it down immediately. Apparently, this amp will need service first, before daily use. The amp appears to be all original; no mods. See the picture that shows interior circuitry. Physical condition is good for the age. Front plate is fine. All knobs are original. Bottom plate is present without feet. The toggle switch for Speakers ON/OFF is loose and very questionable (broken?). That may need attention.
