I switched it on though and it appears to be working as normal. I bought it second hand in the 90s and didnt used it much at all. For the last 10years or so its been in storage.There is some surface corrosion visible under the rubber - probably because of being stored in a damp house - but I dont think itll affect the working at all. Ive given it a light clean but it would probably benefit from some TLC. Because I cant check it its sold as seen but I wouldnt expect there to be major problems with it and its a high quality, sought after, record player. Collection from Dunoon, although I may be able to bring it to Glasgow sometime, or you can arrange a courier at your expense.
