We did test a few things however. First off, the physical condition is decent. The front bezel is in good shape, the knobs are dirty and could use a cleaning. The backlights seem to all work, the lights when selecting modes are functioning. There are a couple dents/scratches on the top of the case and some of the veneer is coming up on the one side near the bottom. See images. The unit powers on, the loudness on and off works, the speaker selector a or b works, the bass, treble and balance are functioning. The volume works, it has a minor crackle when adjusting level. The source monitor buttons are untested, the FM muting seems to work properly. The AM, FM and Phono bands were tested. We dont have any AM stations in our area so there was just static. The FM bands work, the tuning dial and signal strength meter seem to work. The phono output was tested and is working. On the back of the unit, there are two fuse locations, only one works, the other didnt work so we are only including the working one. We tried the working fuse in both R & L and when switched, both speaker output channels worked, so it will need a new fuse. The AUX output is not tested. See all images. But despite its age, its in Excellent working condition having no issues. It in fact works & looks perfect and is Super Clean inside & out. Both channels operate properly having equal volume when listening to all inputs. All controls and switches operate well, they rotate smoothly, sound clear, and without any unwanted noise. The cabinet is in perfect condition, there are No broken feet, speaker terminals or inputs OR any bent Knobs, and all lights operate properly. And the Tuner is in proper alignment. Anyway, Check-out all of the pictures and judge the condition for yourself. This is a hefty component, and it will be very carefully packed for shipping in a large box.
