My research indicates that this is probably the OEM Sansui SC-37cartridge (marked 3A2) with the Sansui SN37/28 diamond stylus / needle. I am not an expert on photograph cartridges or needles, but the following some simple task online I determined the resistance on the left side (L-LE) is 1.12 and the right side (R-RE) is 1.15. The resistance readings being very close coupled with the magnification of the stylist tip indicates that this is in very good condition and probably had a little use.
