Genuine SANSUI System Remote Control RS-2000 I tested it on my Sansui C-1000 receiver... and it did switch the unit On and Off/Standby... it did control the motorized volume knob on that receiver. It did select the various functions... Phono, CD, Tuner, Tape. VCR1, VCR2 ... but it did not control the actual devices. My devices are in the 1000 Series... and this remote is a 2000 Series, so maybe thats the difference. I see only a little wear if any at all. The battery box is crisp and clean. It takes 2 AA batteries (not included). I have several SANSUI 1000 series units for sale at the moment. See my other listings.
