Preowned, has some light wear, some light scratches on case and a scratch on the right meter plastic (see pics). Someone skilled in restoration could easily make it look like new again if thats important to you. Fully working; the only issue is the right meter needs a new light bulb installed for full illumination, although the left meter bulb provides enough to see both if your not picky. This is a Sansui MA-7, a pretty rare item. It appears to work, but I don’t know how to use OSC Level, so that’s untested. I can see some small dimples where the previous owner had another piece of equipment on top of this one, but they’re shallow and can likely be straightened out. Let me know if you have any questions!
