[Product]- Sansui vacuum tube receiver, fully restored AM/FM multi-stereo amplifier [Operation/condition]- Perfectly functional.- In excellent condition, produces a pleasant sound.- No modifications have been made to the terminals or AC cord.- Almost no scratching.- Receives FM clearly.- Magic Eye also works and is fun.*AM reception is slightly weak.- No problems with tape or phono input. [Maintenance]- All switches, volumes, selectors, etc. have been disassembled and cleaned.- Volume resistors have been replaced with new parts.- All smoothing capacitors have been replaced.- The original is an oil capacitor, but as it is difficult to obtain, it has been serviced with a film capacitor. All have been replaced.- The vacuum tubes are not new, but some have been replaced with ones in good condition from my stock.- The first stage has four transistors, but the electrolytic capacitors on the base have been replaced with Nichicon Fine Gold and Toshin Kogyo audio grade ones. - The interior has also been thoroughly cleaned.- The choke coil and power transformer have been repainted in matte black. [Appearance/Condition]- There are some bumps on the chrome-plated frame on the front.- I have polished it with Pical as much as possible, but this is the limit.- I thoroughly restored it around March 2024. [Other]- As a precaution for use, be sure to use speakers with an impedance of 8?, 16?, or 32?.- If you connect speakers with other values, it seems that it will put a strain on the choke coil and vacuum tubes.- When connecting a record player, be sure to connect the ground securely.
