Playback (Playback switching range) Tape 1, tape 2 and tape 3 were able to switch without any problem. Checking (Mode Switching Range) Normal, L, R ?L, R, stereo output was OK. This is an absolutely beautiful example of a Sansui CA-3000 Preamplifier. This is one of the truly classic Sansui models, and one that showed off their engineering expertise. This unit is in pretty great shape, please see the pictures for details. I have tested all the functions except phono as I dont have one that works. The controls work smoothly and cleanly, and it sounds fantastic! This is the “world voltage” model, with a switch on the back to adjust for 100v/120v/220v/240v.
