It’s not pristine, there’s some dirt behind the back glass and tape residue here and there, but it is complete. It’s been in my basement a long time, as it was too large for my audio shelf. I plugged it in this morning to check it and it ACTUALLY WORKED— the thing is built like a tank and almost as large. The tuning is still silky smooth despite the years of neglect. It picks up AM, FM, and FM Stereo stations, the ‘calibration tone’ works, meters and LEDs work, and it didn’t blow up in the 15 minutes I tested it. I am amazed and impressed, but I still don’t have any room for it as I have even more records that when I got it. Low start bid of EIGHTY-NINE DAMN U.S. DOLLARS. Be sad to let it go as I have no time to repair the unit, Ive had this for over 30 years used with my wharfedale E70s and it was working fine up to last week and suddenly one of the channels dont work, well you get slight sound, the other channel is fine, this unit is getting a collectors item its very powerful and very heavy and the quality of sound is so clear, if you are in search for this amplifier Im sure you be happy to have and repair it to enjoy it. Apart from that the unit is in very good condition as its 1979 model and has some kick to it. So make this amplifier a happy home as its a legend. As a fully working sells for over 850 and parts not working sells for over 380.
