Sansui SR-525 Direct Drive Turntable, ADC Q30, High end, Plattenspieler. See pictures for the exact cosmetic condition of the turntable. Has been tested and is fully functional. Sounds great. Comes with a very good condition adc Q30 cartridge with the original box. The arm is missing the lateral weight. The anti skate weight is original but the wire has been replaced with a copper wire. This was done only because the original was missing. Does not hinder functionality at all.

Die Basis unter dem Tonarm läßt nicht nur SME Tonarme zu ,sondern auch normale Tonarme zu , ist zudem noch in dem Abstand zur Mitte verschiebbar - sehr praktisch (falls der Besitzer etwas anderes möchte) Optik ist wie neu. Die Acrylhaube ist ebenso neuwertig. Ich hatte sie immer nur ohne Scharniere aufgelegt. Sie passt auch in die Scharniere ,wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist (sollte dann etwas nachbearbeitet werden, damit sie hinten etwas tiefer kommt ,keine grosse Sache. verbaut ist ein Micro mm System mit echtem Diamanten, es klingt wirklich ausgezeichnet. To be replaced : needle very close or flat on the LP.... the rubber is worn?. Thick rubber mat?. We dont know. Tested with other needle. Working BUT NOT INCLUDED The speed is ok , but might need belt replace. We notices when switching from 33 to 45 and back to 33 and then turn off , the platter speeds up more the 45... needs to switch until light goes off. Very good as a project to revise it.

Anti skate weight for the tonearm of the Sansui SR 525. This anti skate weight is made as a close replica of the original. It is made to the correct mass value required but it my differ cosmetically to the original manufacturers weight. NOTE:- This tonearm also uses a lateral balance weight that slides on a bar and this is not that item. * Please note that this auction is for the anti skate weight and its monofilament line only. The line is knotted and has a small balancer that goes inside the weight but the end that attaches to the anti skate bar of the tonearm is open ended and therefore you must tie the loop end yourself. Length of the line supplied is 25cm which is enough extra line for a couple of attempts and I will supply extra lines if you feel you might need them for free on request. *
