That a Master service technician checked all stages and functions to assure that they are to factory specifications, while doing so replacing any parts as needed, cleaning contact points, and a through visual inspection. This is not refurbished. If a cap were replaced it would be isolated to the failing cap and for a factory value replacement. What does refurbished mean? It means that all replaceable parts were swapped out for same or improved parts that have shown to make specific improvements to that piece, swapping out the STX Pacs for Darlington Stages in a SX-780 for instance is something that would be done to a refurbished piece above just replacing all caps.
