Unit was taken apart. Controls cleaned and tested. Full recap. Works great and sounds sweet. There is one little glitch. The Bandwidth sliders when the EQ is engaged are worn at the ends. More on the left channel. When pushed to the ends it will give some static feedback. I heavily greased them with DeOxit fader grease and when moved gently and slowly it operates without problem most of the time. Minor wear and tear.

SAE 2700B Stereo Half-Octave Equalizer. The unit seems to be working fine now after deoxing it but at some point might need to be serviced. Also, after I repaired the cord I couldn’t get the cord restraint back in which is included. The cord works but might be replaced in the future . This item does power on, no further tests. All switches are there. Unit is relatively clean— the front screws are hazy; I have not pulled them off to clean them. The unit is missing a foot on the bottom. There are some engravings on the back. Sold as parts.
