Not in the greatest condition cosmetically, a couple tears in the laminate shown in pics, some of the edges of the laminate is separating can be glued if you wish to do so. One woofer has a crease on it as shown in pic. Does not effect performance of the speaker. Other than the cosmetics speakers sound wonderful. Selling at a good price for cosmetic condition.
