If you bought the wrong item, we will be happy to take it back but you must send it back to us within 3 days and the item must be in the same/original condition, must match the serial number on the invoice and our warranty sticker must have not been tempered with. There could be many possible reasons for your system/device to not work properly even after replacing a part. It is hard for us to identify the exact reason(s) unless we have the whole system/device here for an inspection by our technician.
