Vintage Technics Stereo Cassette Tape Deck Model RS-B14 Silver Tested. I am the original owner. It has spent the last 30+ years in a closet. Belts are intact and pinch roller looks good to me so I did not replace them, just cleaned the exterior and cleaned the heads and pinch roller. I am including a brand-new sealed JVC cassette tape and the original interconnect cords. The tape shown inside the machine for demonstration is NOT included. Cosmetically it looks very good to me with very few scratches. See for yourself in the pictures. Some of the buttons look a bit tarnished and there is light scratch on the top of the unit (left front corner), but to my eye these are the only noticeable defects. I tested every feature that I could think of and found no faults. Record and Playback sound quality sounds great to me. This is what I tested: - Playback on a Metal tape previously recorded with Dolby-C - Playback on a Normal bias tape previously recorded with Dolby-C- Playback on a Normal bias tape with no NR - Record followed by Playback on a Normal bias tape with no NR and with Dolby-C- Moved Input Level and Balance sliders during record and verified that they work as expected - Audio output on Headphone jack and line-out jacks- Record input via line-in jacks- Fast Forward, Rewind, Stop, Pause, Record, Play- Record light and Fluorescent meters working well- Tape counter working Please reach out with any questions or for additional pictures.
